Therapy that honors relationships, power, and your nervous system.
Supportive Therapy for Families and Individuals in Washington and Minnesota
Relationships
shape us.
I approach therapy through a relational neuroscience lens, understanding how early experiences, attachment, and chronic stress shape patterns in our brain and body curating the perspective we have on the world.
Integrating feminist psychology and systemic therapy into our work means we don’t just look at individual symptoms — we look at power, context, culture, and the relational systems you’re living within.
I am especially committed to work that promotes accountability, safety, and equity in relationships. I have specialized training in the Duluth Model, an evidence-based framework for understanding and addressing patterns of power and control in intimate relationships.
My role is not to judge or “fix” you, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, honesty, and compassion as we work toward meaningful change.
20+ years of helping families and individuals
For over two decades, I have supported individuals, couples, and families through moments of crisis, transition, conflict, and growth. Long before entering the mental health field, my work centered on deep listening, relational care, and walking alongside people during some of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives.
That experience continues to shape my therapeutic presence today — grounded, steady, and attentive to the emotional, relational, and systemic factors that influence how people heal and change.

Individual and Trauma Counseling
Welcome, I'm Jeremiah
My approach is collaborative, transparent, and relational.
Relational Neuroscience: We explore how attachment, stress, and trauma shape behavior and emotional responses — not as flaws, but as learned survival strategies.
Feminist Psychology: Therapy that acknowledges power, gender, culture, and systemic influences, centering consent, equity, and client agency.
Systemic Therapy: We look beyond the individual to understand how relationships and environments shape patterns over time.
Duluth Model Principles: When appropriate, therapy addresses accountability, impact, and responsibility within relationships — prioritizing safety and clarity.

Church Consultation
Church consultation is distinct from psychotherapy and focuses on organizational systems, leadership dynamics, and community health rather than individual clinical treatment.
I offer consultation to churches and faith-based organizations using a systemic, relational lens. This work supports leaders and communities in navigating difficult conversations, understanding relational and power dynamics, and strengthening the skills needed for healthy communication and decision-making.
Consultation may include support around conflict, leadership transitions, boundaries, accountability, and developing practical skills for engaging disagreement in ways that foster clarity, safety, and long-term organizational health.
Leadership Coaching
Using systemic theory, I provide business coaching that helps leaders identify recurring organizational patterns, navigate relational dynamics, and implement changes that align values, structure, and people.
